Information we collect

Atelier Privé collects information you provide to operate your private membership, including account and profile details, invitation and inquiry information, order and fulfillment details, customer-uploaded sourcing images, and records of payment status. We do not use customer-uploaded images for unrelated purposes.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate members, respond to sourcing inquiries, prepare quotes, administer payments and orders, arrange shipping or pickup, provide support, secure the service, and deliver requested account notifications.

Transactional SMS

If a transactional SMS program is made available and you explicitly opt in, we may use your mobile number and SMS consent data to provide requested messages about invitations, quotes, payments, orders, shipping, delivery, and pickup. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

When the program is available, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Opting out of SMS does not disable email or in-app notifications.

We do not sell mobile information or SMS consent data. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Service providers

We use service providers for infrastructure such as hosting, authentication, database and file storage, transactional email, payment processing or payment-state administration, and—when enabled after approval—transactional SMS delivery. They process information only as needed to provide those services and protect the application.

Retention and security

We retain records as reasonably needed for membership, customer service, legal, fraud-prevention, payment, and order-history purposes. Access to private member and operational information is restricted through authentication, authorization, and database security policies.

Your choices

You may update your profile information in Account. If SMS is made available later, consent controls and withdrawal instructions will be provided with that program.
