Private membership

Atelier Privé is an invitation-only private collection and sourcing service operated by TRENDIN. Access may require a valid invitation and account. Product catalog presence does not guarantee current availability, and final availability and pricing are confirmed through the inquiry and quote process.

Orders and fulfillment

Quotes, payment windows, payment verification, orders, shipping, delivery, and pickup follow the terms shown in your account at the relevant stage. Keep your account and fulfillment information accurate. Carrier transit and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Transactional SMS program

If Atelier Privé makes a transactional SMS program available, members may receive messages only after explicitly opting in through the available consent controls. Messages may concern invitations, account and quote updates, payment status, order status, shipping, delivery, and pickup. These messages are not promotional marketing.

When the program is available, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and consent is optional and not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed.

You are responsible for providing a valid mobile number and updating your account promptly if the number changes or ownership transfers. Disabling SMS does not disable email or in-app notifications.

Customer responsibilities

Provide accurate information, protect your account credentials, and use the service lawfully. Do not attempt to access another member’s private information or administrative systems.
